SEALPTFE™ uses an innovative process to coat the external surface of the graft with Vascutek's proven hydrolysable gelatin sealant.

This significant advance addresses suture hole bleeding, one of the main problems associated with conventional ePTFE. SEALPTFE™ also produces minimal 'sweating', has excellent handling and may be bonded with antibiotic.

The sealant can be loaded with heparin to provide additional active thromboresistance within the graft and/or bonded with antibiotics for extra protection against postoperative graft infection in high risk cases.
