Thin Wall Fluoropassiv™ is the world’s only sealed macroporous knitted fluoropolymer graft.

Fluoropassiv™ utilises Vascutek's patented fluoropassivation process to coat the surface of each polyester fibre with an inert fluoropolymer. This, combined with Vascutek’s proven low thrombogenicity hydrolysable gelatin sealant technology, produces a zero porosity low-thrombogenicity prosthesis with optimal healing characteristics, ideal for peripheral procedures.

Moreover, unlike unsealed fluoropolymer prostheses, such as ePTFE, Fluoropassiv™ features minimal suture hole bleeding.

The graft’s innovative Köper knitted structure also ensures superb handling and excellent suture retention.

Furthermore, the unique gelatin sealant can be loaded with heparin to provide additional active thromboresistance within the graft and antibiotics can be bonded for extra protection against infection in high risk cases.

The product is available in externally reinforced and crimped versions for peripheral and extra-anatomic use.
